In this all levels class, you will receive hands on reiki, a reiki crystal bowl sound bath an be guided through breathwork, along with slow moving postures.

Crystal Sound Bowls work through tone and vibration to help remind the body of it’s innate wisdom. Allowing the tone and vibrations to bring your being, back into whole body alignment.

Hands on Reiki and Reiki through the vibrations are given while the poses are held.
