Join Tammy in Yoga for Strength & Mobility Monday & Saturdays at 9 a.m., Wednesdays at 7:30 a.m.

My teaching blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and moments of stillness to help students build strength, release tension, and reconnect with themselves. My classes are accessible, intentional, and designed to support both strength and softness. I often weave in current planetary influences as a reflection of what we’re all moving through—on and off the mat—because life isn’t always calm and centered, and yoga doesn’t need to pretend otherwise.

I believe yoga isn’t about doing poses perfectly, but about cultivating awareness and acceptance for where you are each day. I encourage students to move beyond striving and perfectionism, and instead meet themselves with curiosity and compassion.

My intention is to create a welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are— messy, distracted, evolving—and know that who you are is more than enough. Each class offers an opportunity to step out of overthinking and into direct experience, using the body as a pathway back to balance, steadiness, and self-trust. Expect a blend of alignment, clear and practical guidance, a touch of sarcasm, and space to slow down, breathe, and feel what’s going on.
