Appointment Policies

In-Person Treatments

  • Energy healing, Crystal Reiki, Angelic Energy Healing and Shamanic sessions are 90 minutes for a first appointment or 75 minutes for a follow-up. We start off with a brief conversation or update and end with a brief conversation and any suggestions.

  • Massage appointments are 60, 90, or 120 minutes long. Please note: Massage oils can stain your clothes so wear something appropriate for the session

  • Raindrop sessions are 90 minutes. This includes stretching time for you on the table or in the room after the session.

Distance Healing

Distance Energy healings are 90 minutes minutes for a first appointment and 75 minutes for a follow-up. We connect in by phone, Facetime, Zoom, email/text at the start of the session to go over what the client needs that day. If we do not stay on the phone, Facetime or Zoom, at the end of the session, an email will be sent with that has come up in the session. Otherwise the information will be discussed over the call.

Please note, although infrequent, sometimes even though an “appointment time” has been set, it may not be to the highest good for the connection to happen at that time. We start each session by connecting in and asking permissions. Even though verbal permission has been given, the timing may not be right spiritually. If this happens, we will recheck the next possible day the practitioner is available and or refund any monies paid.

New distance clients are required to pay up front. An invoice will be sent upon the appointment being made.

Late Policy

If a client is late for a treatment session, the session still falls within the allotted time slot. Please allow adequate transportation time for winter weather or construction.

If we are late, the session lasts the full time (if allowable) or the session is discounted.

Cancelations

If you wish to cancel an appointment, you must do so 24 hours prior or you are charged for the full visit.

If we need to cancel an appointment, we try to do so within 24 hours whenever possible. However, we are human too.

Refunds

There are no refunds on packages purchased in advance. These are given at a discount for pre-purchase of treatments. You may gift these to someonse else if you choose. Please note that Energy Healing 3 packs have an expiration date of 6 months from time of purchase. Massage packages have a one year expiration.

There are not refunds on services already given. Payment is required in full at time of service or ahead of service if already stated.

Office hours vary by practitioner. Please inquire directly.

Most appointments are held at Fifth Element Healing Center in Kings Beach. House calls are available at an additional charge.

We will return phone calls and emails/texts within 48 hours Monday-Friday, unless we are out of town.
